CUSTOM PET PORTRAITS
There are two options: Full Commission and Name Only.
FULL COMMISSION
An entirely new pet portrait from your photos, colors and theme. Full Commission portraits are printed on canvas. All canvases are gallery wrapped on 1.5" wooden stretcher bars, ready to hang. They have a fine art protective coating with UV light protection to prevent fading and cracking. Pricing is for one pet. Add $199 for an additional pet.
How it works:
1. Email me a few good photos-one should be a close up.
A good photo is where I can clearly see the details. Send photos where your pet looks cute or has a good pose. I can do just a face, or the whole body. Try to send the highest resolution photos. If it's under 100KB, it may be too small to paint. Your custom pet portrait will look very similar to the photos you send and therefore will only be as good as them.
2. Choose a canvas size. Choose an optional vertical or horizontal orientation, or leave it up to me to choose what best fits the portrait. Square sizes are available only in Small or Large.
3. Choose a theme. If there's a theme you'd like to use let me know. If there's a particular nickname, date or saying you'd like to incorporate let me know.
4. Choose a background color. When choosing a color it's best not to choose one that's similar to the pet. For example, a black dog on a black or dark background doesn't make the dog stand out.
5. A rough preview will be emailed to you in about a week. You can review it and make any changes until we get it right. Then I will paint the pet in watercolor, scan it into the computer and email you the final for your approval in about a week. Then it takes 5-7 bus days to be delivered.

How it works:

1.Choose a portrait from the Ready Made Pet Portraits page.

2.Choose a size. Click “Add To Cart”. This will take you to your Shopping Cart page. Click “Continue Shopping” to return to the Ready Made Pet Portraits page.

3.Choose the “Customize It! Custom Name Fee $49” from the dropdown menu. Enter your pet’s name and click “Add To Cart”. A $49 fee will be automatically added to the price of your print.

4.Enter your pet’s name in the field.

5.A preview will be emailed to you within 3 business days for approval. Once the order is processed, it takes 5-7 business days to be delivered.
CANVAS PRINTS
Museum Quality Giclée Printing:
Giclée is a high-tech method of printing used for fine art prints and photography. It is fast becoming the new standard in the Art Reproduction Industry for it’s quality and longevity. It is a high resolution digital ink jet print that captures minute details making it virtually indistinguishable from the original painting.
Materials:
Printed in America on 100% cotton canvas and stretched on 1.5” deep wooden stretcher bars. Printed with Archival Pigment Inks, the #1 choice for fine art reproductions providing the greatest color range and longevity - colors will remain bright and true for 100 years. A UV coating is applied as a protective finish. There is no higher quality printing available anywhere.
Gallery Wrapped:
The printed canvas is wrapped over the stretcher bars, covering the edges and is stapled on the back. No hanging hardware or staples is visible from the front, allowing the canvas to be hung without a frame. The edges are color coordinated to the artwork.
Care:
As with all fine art, hang in an area out of direct exposure to sunlight. You may clean the canvas with a damp cloth. With proper care, your prints will last a lifetime.
PAPER PRINTS
Quality Laser Printing:
A high resolution continuous tone print that captures minute details.
Materials:
Printed in America on heavy poster grade, bright white paper, the print is suitable for framing.
Care:
As with all fine art, hang in an area out of direct exposure to sunlight. To provide the best protection, keep prints behind a glass plate or Plexiglas shield with UF3. Prevent exposure to moisture.
